Executive 4Ps Programme

Executive Coaching is for the busy senior manager, director or CEO to help you develop and make the most of your skills, knowledge and talents. In my experience coaching at this level comes down to four things – 4 p’s – purpose, people, performance, and planning.

These four areas are the ones that you are dealing with on a daily basis and sometimes need external support to enable you to take a step back and consider different perspectives on those areas.  You may also want to use my coaching services as a sounding board for new ideas and to help with work/life balance.

  • Purpose – what is your purpose for doing what you have chosen to do? Is it because you wanted a challenge, lead a team, develop new skills or stretch your self? Working with a coach can help you identify your purpose and vision for the organisation and yourself. It can help you align your values and beliefs with those of your company.
  • People – You may be responsible for managing and motivating others. Coaching can explore your interpersonal skills, review how you delegate and how you communicate and help you make any changes that might be necessary. We can also look at yourself and where you want to take your future – whether that is changing careers, going it alone or planning for retirement.
  • Performance – working with a coach can boost the bottom line. Companies who use coaches show a 6:1 return on investment. (Businesswire 2001)  You have time to consider decisions, actions and other issues more effectively. Coaching enables you to become more motivated, to take better decisions and maintain your drive and enthusiasm. Lead and inspire through tapping into your own values and beliefs. Lead with the head and the heart and show your team how to too.
  • Planning – In the senior position you are in you will be good at developing strategies and implementing plans to achieve your company goals, however, are there areas you’d still like to improve? Are there business areas you’ve been thinking about developing but haven’t had the time to sit down and explore fully? Using our coaching sessions to help you explore new ideas is an ideal way to open up your thinking and consider options in a confidential environment.
